By commissionning me, you agree to the terms of service listed here:Payment:I ask for 25% of the commission price upon agreement on the sketch, via PayPal. I do not issue refunds on this deposit.
The remaining 75% is due once i sent a video showcasing the complete work, or for non rigged work, upon seeing a low resolution preview of the artwork. I only send final files after I receive it.
I do not accept cryptocurrency or bank transfers
You may ask for a payment plan, but i reserve the right to refuse. This must be discussed before I start work on the commission.
All the prices cited on this site are in euros. I accept other currency, at equivalent rate.Process:I'll provide a sketch free of charge, before the deposit payment.
You may contact me for questions or to get updated at any point. I'll update on each stage of the commission.
You may not ask for revisions once the artwork has been validated for the rigging stage, or ask for revisions upon receiving the final work. I can make revisions at those stages, for an extra fee.Usage policy, Credits, and modifications:I reserve the right to use the finished product to advertise myself or present on my portfolio.
Credit is due wherever you use the model, either in bio or in description. A link is appreciated.You may not modify or sell the artwork or rig without my agreement.[for vtubers] When you commission me, please specify whether i'm allowed to share work in progresses, or the final showcase, before your debut. Without any specifications, I may share my work on platforms such as twitter and on this website.If you do not wish for me to showcase your commission at all, I will charge a 50% feeIf you wish to use your commissionned piece for commercial purposes, such as in merch, I will charge 200% of the price.[For Character Design] You will hold the rights to the character, however you may not sell it for a higher price, unless it comes with extra art.If you issue a chargeback or you disappear on me with no forewarning, I reserve the right to sell your commissionned piece.
